Sometimes it’s OK to Chuck it in the FUCK it BUCKET and start over! For the past several months, I’ve been practicing spirit-guided living. This concept includes morning rituals, board game dates, and the laughing until my belly throbs. Spirit- guided living can be fun and light-hearted. Incorporating child-like endeavors in your daily life will revolutionize and reenergize your relationships and your attitude. It immediately brings you to a purified place of freedom, creativity and love.
Perhaps chuck that expensive dinner you have scheduled, for a night of go-carting or finger painting. Take a horseback riding lesson, learn a new instrument, or play catch with someone outside. Indulge in something you haven’t thought about in a while and just say Fuck it.
Refresh your mind with frivolous play.
Rediscover the sacred beauty of your innocence and imagination.
Light-hearted living was a reality check for me. Somewhere along my path, I had melted into the conventional template of oppressing my spirit with illusions and time-constraints. I was DOING instead of BEING. Forcing, pushing instead of connecting.
It’s great to be a hard-worker and have a serious side, by all means— but it is necessary to prioritize the feeding of our souls as well. I learned to embrace my sensitivity, to respect my humor and encourage myself to relish in the truly marvelous world around me.
Amusement should not be a reward from a stressful week of work, but rather an intention we thread into our daily lives.
We are not our ages or our job titles—we are fragments of stardust.
It became apparent to me over these past few months that embracing my childlike essence purified my mind space. I encouraged myself to be immersed in the sensations of adventure, affection, and innocence, and allowed myself to be open and willing to trying new pursuits. I gave permission to my true essence for complete expression and exploration. I traveled to a new places, drove down the coast of California in awe and spent nights talking to new friends till the wee hours of the morning.
We must adopt a sense of freedom instead of always being obliterated by seriousness. Rediscover what it feels like to be in awe of your surroundings and feel gratitude toward the simple aspects of life.
I’ve promptly concluded a chapter in my life, releasing so much of what no longer serves my highest good. I am choosing to embrace this fresh beginning through light-heartedness and LOVE. Let go of what just isn’t working and approach life as a fascinating adventure—because it is. Being a Love Leader that is driven to bring other healers to also lead with Love I forgot to harness LOVE in it’s fullest capacity.
If we could remember and reconnect with the innocence we had as a child, and marry it with our intuition and gut wisdom, we could pave a delicious life abundant with joy and knowledge.
Life will never be the same as it was when we were tender adolescents, and we will never be as innocent as we once were, AND we can reopen our heart spaces, reinvigorate our perspectives and restore our optimism. We can refresh our minds and clear them of judgment—making way for positive developments as we reaffirm our thought processes in a way that is no longer stagnant or hoarded with old patterns or old energies.
If we revive our mind and tap into our Intuitive Intelligence ©, we ultimately change your life experiences. The past has served its purpose of helping us gain the knowledge that we have gained [knowledge is power, after all].
Today, I’m going indulge in silliness and maybe even lose track of time. I hope I’ve inspired you to do the same.
I love “Amusement should not be a reward”! So simple, yet so easily forgotten in the daily grid. I am constantly reminding myself to play more and letting go of guilt for prioritising fun in my life:)
