Abundance is the focus of today’s meditation. What is meditation?
On one level, meditation is a tool, a focus.
It can help combat stress, create abundance, fosters physical health, helps with chronic pain, can make you sleep better, feel happier, be more peaceful, as well as be more present. It has been scientifically proven to do all sorts of amazing things!
But on a deeper level, meditation is a doorway into the unknown and into your intuitive intelligence and abundance in every area of your life. It can help us get a sense of the mystery of who we are.
When you start a meditation practice, you’ll notice how haywire the mind is.
The key to PURE BODYLOVE is a revived mind so you can tap into your intuitive intelligence. One of the keys to tapping into your intuitive intelligence is to meditate. The key to meditation is FOCUS. We are focusing on abundance during the first 5 days of our meditation.
After my breakdown yesterday I called those that I loved and had real heart to heart discussions and even asked my clients to send me love and pray for me. I know this 30 day challenge will change my relationship to my inner self and guide me to an even deeper understand of what is important.
